• Play a strategic role in scaling 360Learning’s customer growth and retention engine. • Maximize renewal and upsell opportunities across a large portfolio of existing customers through automation, data-driven prioritization, and scalable account management strategies. • Manage a high-volume portfolio of customers ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees. • Identify growth opportunities, drive renewals, and increase customer engagement at scale through automatization actions. • Shape the overall KAM team with a focus on revenue generation and operational excellence. • Work closely with Client Success Partners, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and internal experts to deploy automated engagement strategies. • Contribute to the evolution of scalable customer growth strategies at 360Learning.
• 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager, BDR or sales-related function (revenue generation with a portfolio of clients) • Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry • Experience in a fast-growing environment such as start-up / scale-up, which requires agility and responsiveness • Active listening skills and a team player mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Native French and fluent English (B2+) proficiency • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR) • Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
