📋 Description

• Your mission is to empower our clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. • Ensure that clients don’t just "use" the software, but master it to drive long-term engagement. • Own our "One-to-Many" offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) to ensure every client has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success. • Develop a scalable learning ecosystem that ensures every client gets the best start by mastering our Collaborative Learning methodology. • Work closely with the Customer Success Team and Product teams to ensure our training offer addresses the actual friction points and needs of our client base.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (e.g. Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst) • Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations • Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies • Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Ability to adapt your communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non- technical stakeholders) • Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus • Enthusiasm for our culture explained here https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
