📋 Description

• Serve as the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team • Empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering the platform and methodology • Own the One-to-Many offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars • Ensure clients gain the knowledge and confidence to make implementation projects successful • Develop a scalable learning ecosystem and training content • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to address client friction points and needs • Master the platform's core user experience and Collaborative Learning methodology • Become a platform expert from user and admin perspectives and get certified on the methodology • Shadow Stadium webinars and Academy workflows • Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback • Update the Engagement Academy in line with product releases • Define quarterly priorities with a coach in relation to the Support & Services roadmap • Contribute to the Confluence knowledge base • Lead projects improving the One-to-Many strategy, such as new webinar formats, Academy gamification, or localized content • Participate in Product discovery meetings and share client usage and adoption insights • Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores • Build processes and maintain Confluence documentation • Onboard and mentor new Trainers • Own a recurring team pillar and develop advanced toolkits and training paths

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care • Recognized listening and teaching skills • Clear and concise written and oral communication • Proactive approach and preference for a strong results-oriented culture • Past experience in the learning industry is a plus • Excellent writing skills in different styles and tones • Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French • Enthusiasm for the company's working environment and culture
