📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes in the morning • Support participants during their individual learning phase in the afternoon • Teach foundational digital business skills, including modern work and collaboration tools, project management, data literacy, Excel/Google Sheets, AI, automation, and APIs • Provide instructional support to heterogeneous learning groups with varying professional, language, and digital backgrounds • Create a learning environment that challenges and supports both beginners and more experienced participants • Take subject-matter responsibility for the Digital Business Fundamentals curriculum • Create, maintain, and continuously develop teaching materials, exercises, projects, and learning formats • Ensure a practical, accessible, and up-to-date course structure • Work closely with the educational team and the SMEs responsible for advanced subject modules • Take responsibility for the module’s subject-matter quality and ongoing development as a Subject Matter Expert

🎯 Requirements

• Solid practical experience in several areas of digital business, such as digital collaboration and project management, data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, AI and automation, or digital business processes • Completed degree, vocational training, or comparable professional qualification • Experience in teaching, training, or facilitation, ideally in adult education and remote settings • Strong instructional skills and the ability to explain complex digital topics clearly and accessibly • Enjoy working with diverse groups and the ability to support different levels of knowledge and learning speeds simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and an appreciative, patient approach to working with people • Fluency in German and English • Permanent employment, 32 hours per week
