📋 Description

• Be the first voice and face our customers encounter • Engage with warm leads by phone or digitally instead of making cold calls • Clarify open questions and assess fit during initial conversations • Hand qualified prospects over to the Sales Managers • Win satisfied customers and enthusiastic advocates through persuasive communication • Contribute ideas and help shape our rapidly growing cleantech start-up • Work with digital tools and a modern CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of initial sales experience, ideally in lead qualification • Willingness to communicate daily with many potential customers • Sales talent and the ability to handle objections • Structured approach and the ability to maintain an overview when managing multiple tasks in parallel • Positive energy and a collaborative approach • Hands-on mentality
