📋 Description
• Lead customer calls independently and manage customer-facing engagements • Deliver Business Central expertise to customers, with a focus on reporting and analytics, including explaining Business Central data from a functional perspective • Run user training sessions and conduct product demos, helping customers understand reporting capabilities and outputs • Support Power BI installations and implementations, including gathering reporting requirements, translating customer questions into structured requirements, and validating reports with customers • Contribute to marketing and sales efforts alongside the wider team
🎯 Requirements
• Proven functional expertise in Business Central / Dynamics NAV, with a Finance or Operations/Supply Chain focus • Ability to lead customer-facing calls and engagements independently • Fluent, professional-level English communication skills, with strong structure and confidence • Power BI experience, or a strong interest in data analytics and eagerness to learn Power BI
