• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics • Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports • Manage and prepare for client meetings • Mentor and guide teams
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing • Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager • Strong project management and communication skills • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
