📋 Description

• Maintain and structure the product backlog • Write user stories for agile software development • Clarify requirements with Product Management and translate them into actionable work packages • Support the development team throughout sprints and serve as the primary point of contact for functional questions • Provide partial second-level functional support, analyze inquiries, and coordinate solutions with Development and Product Management • Contribute to the functional coordination of releases • Support Product Management with roadmap planning and the continued development of the product vision • Ensure transparent and up-to-date documentation of requirements, decisions, and status

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in agile software development and project management, ideally as a Product Owner • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level), both written and spoken • Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze complex processes in a structured manner • Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn • Nice to have: Experience in claims management, ideally in the automotive sector • Nice to have: Knowledge of XML, JSON, or SQL • Nice to have: Experience with AI applications and AI agents
