📋 Description

• Function as a billable Azure Architect on one or multiple client engagements • Provide technical delivery and people management • Manage small team of diverse consultants including but not limited to: • Support team members in achieving client delivery objectives. • Conducting regular 1:1 meeting with your direct reports • Managing and resolving personnel issues in collaboration with Senior Leadership Team • Inspiring and fostering team commitment and trust. • Demonstrating a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Microsoft Azure Data Technologies. Design, Implementation and Architecture experience preferred • Strong personal track record of consulting on Azure Data / Power BI implementation • Strong track record of building relationships within the organization • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication • Strong attention to details, with strong analytical skills • Exceptional time and priority management skills • Strong personal sense of ownership • A passion for using technology to solve problems. • A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams. • A love for problem-solving -you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process. • A knack for teamwork – you are at your best in a closely collaborative environment. • Current Microsoft Azure Certifications highly desired, but not required.
