📋 Description
• Provide operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service platforms • Monitor platform health, system performance, application availability, and service reliability • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and platform issues • Manage and support CI/CD deployment pipelines • Collaborate with application development teams for platform stability and performance
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years maintaining AEM platform • AEM as a Cloud Service environment expertise • Incident resolution and root cause analysis experience • Platform monitoring and observability skills • Knowledge of AEM architecture and cloud deployments
