• Configure and manage Workday processes related to data retention and purging • Design and implement the Workday Purge functionality, including post-purge breadcrumb strategy • Ensure system compliance with CSL's Records Retention Policy and audit requirements • Collaborate with the Systems & Data Compliance Analyst to translate findings into actionable system changes • Partner with CSL I&T and HR stakeholders to test and deploy updates • Document configuration changes and maintain audit traceability • Participate in meetings and provide status updates to project leads and managers • Follow established procedures and escalate issues as needed
• 8 - 12 Years of Work Experience • Detailed knowledge of Workday HCM and Reporting is required • Experience with Workday Purge functionality is a significant plus • Familiarity with Workday Extend is highly desirable • Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • Experience with Records Retention and Destruction concepts preferred
