• Leverage your computer skills to provide customer service, from home! • RealIT's connects you to the Arise platform without paying the business startup fees. • You will be considered an Independent Contractor to the IRS. • You choose your program which has a training class fee. • You are not paid for training, but special financial assistance is available if approved. • A day in the life using the Arise Platform to provide service. • Supporting some of the largest companies in the world. • Documenting all issues, resolution and follow-up actions. • Learning about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact.
