📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of consulting projects, including defining project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets • Oversee project implementation to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with client objectives • Manage internal and external teams, monitor performance, and ensure proper allocation of tasks and resources • Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders through regular progress meetings and status updates • Conduct research, data analysis, and develop actionable strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s needs • Prepare, review, and deliver professional presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and senior management • Facilitate executive workshops, client meetings, and implementation sessions in Riyadh or Jeddah as required • Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely project delivery • Ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals and uphold consulting quality standards • Be available for travel between Riyadh and Jeddah based on project phases and requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in consulting, project management, or strategy execution • Proven experience managing consulting engagements or strategic projects with government or private-sector clients • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP framework) • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills • Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and presentation abilities • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com) • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
