📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Business Analyst • Duration: Full-Time. • Location: Remote. • Need IRS Clearance for this role. • Primary responsibility to gather information and prepare reports for management on various processes and systems performance • Produce regular and adhoc operational reports as well as Executive level dashboards • Work with project managers and lead engineers in analyzing business processes, conducting gap analysis and ensuring smooth delivery of services • Review and edit requirements for specific business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions • Conduct data pulls to validate operations are working properly • Support fraud analysis efforts with the objective of preventing identity theft, misuse of data and unauthorized disclosure • Provide support to security audits and incident investigation efforts • Prepare presentations and status reports as directed by the project manager • Assist in the facilitation of team meetings and maintain meticulous meeting minutes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an information technology industry • 3+ year dealing with a data intensive assignment • Incident and Request Fulfilment Ticket assignment/resolution experience (ServiceNow experience a bonus) • Capable of working in an environment that is demanding, sometimes stressful and requires independent thinking, problem resolution and responsible actions with minimal direct oversight by senior management • Must be highly organized and have a systematic approach to tracking and managing daily activities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently to deliver positive results • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing needs • Strong "can-do" attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to support the project • Strong mastery of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Power Point
