• Collaborate in a multi-vendor Agile environment with IRS personnel • Modernize and streamline IRS business processes and case management • Design, construct, and test Pega applications • Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency • Facilitate design sessions and use a data-led approach for assessments • Engage stakeholders to identify impacts and dependencies • Develop prototypes and create process flows for current and future states
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in Pega development • Agile proficiency • Case management expertise • Strong skills in requirements elaboration, troubleshooting, and data insights • Knowledge of scaled Agile practices for large implementations • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or higher
