📋 Description

• Provide quality leadership and support • Serve as part of a team representing quality and ensure quality across assigned product teams • Lead or contribute to quality improvement projects • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external customer requirements • Lead CAPA initiatives and deployment • Use statistical techniques to create sampling plans and perform data analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, statistics, etc.) or a technical discipline (degree must be completed and verified prior to start) • Three (3) years of combined experience in product, quality, engineering, or Six Sigma • Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in product, quality, engineering, microbiology and/or a laboratory/technical function, with prior experience leading quality efforts in a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated strong leadership ability and capacity to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in development and validation of test methods and practical knowledge of statistics
