• Drive penetration and market share growth in the Construction & Industrial segment • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue quotas • Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies • Identify and develop new business opportunities across defined verticals • Build and manage relationships with End Users, Engineering Consultants, Electrical Contractors, EPC Companies • Drive product approvals and specification inclusion with consultants and end users • Manage sales funnel using CRM tools • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) • Minimum 10 years of Sales / Business Development experience • Proven experience in Construction and Industrial market segments • Experience in CRM systems and pipeline management • Strong techno-commercial acumen • Willingness to travel up to 50%
