📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain customer relationships • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for 3M CBG Products, mainly Scotchbrite • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and strategic key accounts • Manage and expand strategic key accounts • Identify new opportunities and execute key account plans for growth • Identify competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the covered territory • Prepare key account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline to support area growth • Conduct business reviews with channel partners and strategic key accounts • Support growth in the assigned area of coverage and achieve sales targets • Deliver excellent customer service • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field • Experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable business growth • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills • Strong territory management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales actions • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement • Valid Driver’s License • Willing to be based in Cagayan De Oro with area coverage for Region 9, 10 and 13 • Managing 3 channel partners in the region
