• Developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth through consultative selling • Leading business discussions, product listing proposals, and commercial negotiations with retail headquarters • Identifying and developing new sales channels and new customer accounts • Planning and executing shelf placement proposals, catalog listings, promotional programs, and in-store merchandising initiatives • Utilizing market intelligence, POS data, and other sales data to generate insights and prepare customer-facing proposals and presentation materials • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry • Demonstrated experience using market data and POS data to develop and deliver sales proposals • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to identify business issues, structure solutions, and build logical, persuasive proposals • Proficiency in basic PC applications, including Excel and PowerPoint • Valid driver’s license
