📋 Description

• Serve as the key point of contact within the Personal Safety Division for Mining, Oil and Gas; Heavy Metal and Transportation; Chemicals; and General Industries • Visit key end users in these markets to understand opportunities and drive growth of Personal Safety Division products, including hands-on work if needed • Work with the Indonesia marketing teams to deliver Personal Safety Division programs into the target markets • Lead major projects benefiting the Personal Safety Division through safety events, seminars, conferences, safety associations, and collaboration with other divisions • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders • Good knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce.com desirable • Experienced sales professional with technical capabilities • Personal Safety experience/application knowledge would be an advantage • A proven track record of delivering sales results above plan • Self-motivated, goal oriented and high commitment • Disciplined and well organised with a strong sense of personal ownership • Acts with uncompromising honesty, integrity and professional ethics at all times • Strong in English • Ability to speak Chinese preferable • Degree level education preferred • Engineering, Business or Marketing qualification and/or MBA desirable • Minimum 3–5 years related working experience • Education and work history must be provided in the application
