📋 Description
• Your focus will be on learning and applying quality principles within an agile environment: • Test Case Execution: Execute and document manual test cases following detailed instructions. • Defect Management: Learn to identify, accurately document, and track software defects (bugs). • Requirement Review: Assist senior QA members in reviewing project requirements. • Agile Engagement: Participate in relevant Agile ceremonies. • Process Learning: Focus on learning the current project methodology and quality standards. • Collaboration: Work with developers and designers to understand how software is built. • Basic Automation: Observe and assist senior QA engineers in maintaining and running existing automated test scripts.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimal experience is required. We are looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals: • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Aptitude: Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • English Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 or higher). • Foundational Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with core concepts of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression). • Basic knowledge of Web elements (HTML/CSS) and how web applications function. • Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. • Basic programming knowledge: Exposure to at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
