📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of iOS and Android applications using React Native • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations • Collaborate with backend, data, and QA teams to deliver robust, high-quality features aligned to clinical requirements • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level mobile engineers on the team • Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability improvements across the BX mobile platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional mobile development experience, 3+ years in a lead or senior role • Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript • Frameworks: React Native (5+ years), iOS & Android native module experience • State Management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, or MobX • Tools: Jira, GitHub/Bitbucket, Slack • Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
