📋 Description

• Respond to participants’ enquiries via email and SMS using Crisp • Conduct short webinars for participants at the end of the challenge and regarding follow-up offers • Independently handle and resolve participant enquiries • Support operational tasks in the day-to-day project, such as preparing templates and making participant calls • Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German and French OR German and Italian language skills (required) • Communicative, service-oriented, and solution-focused • Reliable working style and commitment to agreed arrangements • Structured approach and ability to keep track of multiple enquiries • Willingness to work 20–50% or 30–50% • Residence in Switzerland for remote work
