📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth audience research and develop relevant ad angles • Plan testing processes and strategies for formats, hooks, and offers • Write high-converting direct-response scripts for TikTok and Meta ads • Collaborate with editors, provide feedback on edits, and ensure successful implementation • Analyze results, identify winning approaches, and continue optimizing them • Test new trends and formats and contribute fresh creative ideas • Manage different e-commerce brands across various niches on a daily basis and produce creatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta and TikTok ads at an agency or e-commerce brand (or you’re simply an exceptional talent with a killer portfolio) • Direct-response copywriting skills—writing scripts that sell • Creativity and a performance mindset with a focus on ROI • Ownership and drive; the ability to work independently and continue developing professionally • Team spirit and a sense of humor • A portfolio of projects is welcome but not required • Resume required; no cover letter needed
