📋 Description

• Managing the development and execution of the Credit Risk Review (CRR) Continuous Review program. • Critical evaluation of credit risk management processes across assigned Commercial or Consumer unit(s). • Participating in regular meetings with senior business leaders and personnel, regulators, and external auditors. • Analyzing and assessing credit risk in complex Commercial or Consumer borrowers. • Establishing risk-based business plans for assigned areas of responsibility. • Completing all aspects of required continuous review activities for assigned portfolios. • Presenting CRR activities and results at regular meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field. • Minimum of 10 years lending and/or credit related experience. • Possess sound leadership, interpersonal, analytical and verbal/written communications skills. • Solid project management and presentation skills. • Advanced ability to understand and interpret data from various applications and database tools, draw high-level conclusions and determine actions needed (Consumer roles). • Proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and other related PC applications. Experience in Access, Business Objects and SAS desirable (Consumer roles).
