📋 Description
• Preparing closing documents, funding the loan, and closing and auditing complex loans • Communicating with escrow/title companies and loan originators to ensure all conditions are met • Reviewing signed documents to approve funding, and preparing for disbursement of funds • Auditing closed files and creating delivery-servicing packages • Actively participating in customer service improvement efforts
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 5+ years previous Closing experience • Extensive knowledge of real estate documentation requirements and the closing process • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong PC skills (MS Office) required • Experience with Mortgage origination systems, platforms tools and technology • Demonstrated organizational skills
