📋 Description

• Collaborating with Product Manager(s), Technology, Lines of Business, Risk, and other key partners • Define, prioritize, and manage the development of a product • Lead the implementation of product roadmap deliverables • Manage and prioritize the team’s backlog • Openly exchange ideas and opinions and elevate concerns • Ensure actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience • Achieve results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and related work experience • 8+ years of related experience • Expertise in strategic development and program execution • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) desired • Solid product management background required • Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization • Advanced consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills • Deep business acumen and understanding of business processes • Experience working in Agile or SAFE development preferred • Inclusive leadership skills
