📋 Description

• Manage Product Development Team to ensure successful creation of new products and enhancement of current products • Manage overall product suite P&L to meet revenue and margin targets • Establish annual goals and objectives for each product • Oversee design and implementation of new products and services • Actively cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and internal business partners • Monitor industry trends and participate in forums and associations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or business • MBA preferred • 10+ years experience in financial services product management • Experience in managing a team of professionals preferred • Recognized ability to interact with executive and senior management at headquarters and in the field • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Working knowledge of related areas of finance, information technology, risk management, legal, compliance, education, Internet banking, call center sales and marketing.
