📋 Description
• Guide small business clients through the lending process • Analyze small business loan applications • Provide technical guidance on loan structuring • Own the progression of loans from pipeline to closing • Coach branch teams on managing and advancing loan pipelines • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless handoffs • Identify trends and provide feedback on market opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience • Practical experience in small business lending • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred • Ability to assess financial health and creditworthiness • Experience designing loan packages • Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting financial records • Proven ability to coach and influence teams in a sales environment
