📋 Description

• Design and build agentic systems and automation from scratch • Build automated evaluation loops that measure system success and enable faster iteration • Own large-scale data pipelines, including high record volumes, control groups, statistical validation, and end-to-end traceability • Apply workflow orchestration to maintain reliable, high-throughput processing under real load • Perform hands-on SQL work, create custom reports, and implement direct fixes • Serve as a technical counterpart in architecture and design reviews • Partner closely with the engineering lead on difficult technical decisions • Design, build, and operate core systems and the data layer end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Strong architectural thinking, including reasoning about components, ownership boundaries, and reusability • Experience independently building agentic systems and automation • Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines processing millions of records • Background in ad tech, high-load financial systems, cybersecurity/anomaly detection, or data engineering is relevant • Strong reliability focus, including handling load and edge cases without silent failures • Experience validating results with control groups • Research-minded approach and ability to defend results under scrutiny • Comfort working across backend, SQL, reporting, and operations • Experience with workflow orchestration tooling is nice to have • Research experience is nice to have • Technical mentoring experience is nice to have
