📋 Description

• Explore and ideate GTM opportunities to drive adoption of agentic solutions, complex data models, and intricate workflows. • Map sales journeys and create end-to-end blueprints identifying AI and agentic work opportunities. • Enhance sales productivity through personalized workflow automation. • Own technical delivery across deployments from prototype to stable production. • Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and improve learning. • Create and demonstrate potential solutions in real time using architectural and innovative thinking. • Embed with account teams, understand needs, and guide adoption. • Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early. • Balance scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery. • Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks. • Spend over 60% of work coding and developing and deploying agents. • Share field feedback with Research and Product to improve models and roadmaps. • Build stakeholder relationships to drive customer success and satisfaction. • Apply consulting and full-stack business and technology thinking during engagements. • Design fit-for-purpose agentic solutions based on client research and needs. • Prepare client-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments. • Provide team support on new products and technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure/AWS (GCP Preferred). • Professional level certification in GCP is required. • FDE training and certification is a plus. • Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading the deployment of scalable solutions on GCP, strongly preferred. • 7+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer- or internal stakeholder-facing work. • Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments. • Expertise in production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks. • Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models. • Understanding of how model behaviour affects product experience. • Ability to drive solutions from ambiguity to simplicity in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines. • Strong communication, clarity of thought, full-stack approach, and leadership. • Comfort working at all levels of leadership, including CXOs. • Foresight, risk management, and runtime adjustments without impacting customer experience. • Visa sponsorship or transfer is unavailable.
