📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact with 7shifts customers via chat, email, and phone channels • Educate customers on basic product training • Identify new ways customers can benefit from the product • Proactively track requests and report software bugs • Collaborate closely with the Support team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a technical customer support role (or similar) for at least 1-2 years • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working or interacting with various web and mobile apps • Resilience and resourcefulness in problem-solving • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to product changes • Curiosity to learn new things and take on challenges
