âą Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member âą Take and relay messages or transfer calls to voicemail when staff are unavailable âą Log phone calls and upload documents into the online document management system âą Provide clerical support to office staff, including faxing, copying, and file organization âą Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to questions âą Obtain insurance coverage information in a timely manner âą Follow up on medical treatment and confirm continuity of care âą Request and obtain medical records and billing statements from providers âą Communicate with insurance companies regarding treatment status and update adjuster information in the system âą Perform additional administrative and case-related duties as assigned
đŻ Requirements
âą Bilingual (English/Spanish) âą Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms âą Experience in medical offices or healthcare scheduling âą Experience in legal intake or case support âą Experience in call centers with high-volume inbound calls âą Experience in virtual assistant roles supporting U.S. businesses âą Proficiency in CRM or case management systems (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio, etc.) âą Strong written and spoken English with professional Spanish fluency
