📋 Description
• Review, document, and analyze existing workflows across departments to identify areas for optimization. • Develop, update, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support consistent execution and scalability. • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and success metrics. • Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, communication, and productivity across the firm. • Track and report project progress, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership. • Support the evaluation and implementation of technology tools—particularly Litify (Salesforce platform) —to improve operations and data management. • Ensure process changes are successfully adopted through training, communication, and documentation. • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within each department you support.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management • Strong background in process improvement, documentation, and workflow analysis • Experience managing cross-departmental projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders • Proficiency with Litify (Salesforce platform) strongly preferred • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
