📋 Description

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution • Handle insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and claim management • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation and case activity in Litify • Assist with case-related activities under attorney supervision • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish as needed • Track claim status and proactively follow up to prevent delays in case progression

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management • Experience handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims • Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment • Prior experience using Litify or Salesforce preferred • Resume must be submitted in English • Contractors must supply their own equipment and workspace • Windows: Windows 11, Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or Mac: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD • Dedicated device, wired Ethernet preferred or 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable, minimum 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100 ms • Private, password-protected network; public Wi-Fi not permitted • USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone and webcam capable of clear video • Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock after no more than 10 minutes idle, and active endpoint protection software • Applicant data must be stored only in firm-designated systems
