📋 Description

• Develop and maintain custom test automation frameworks using open-source tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress • Architect scalable and reusable automation solutions across platforms • Implement advanced testing strategies including performance, security, and API testing • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure testability and quality in code design • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and tooling across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• B2 English proficiency • 4+ years of automation engineering or software development experience • Strong coding skills and automation framework experience • Experience with API testing and automation frameworks • Experience working in CI/CD environments • Experience testing web UI applications and mobile applications (iOS and Android) • Experience working with SQL databases for test data validation and backend verification • Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Testim is a plus • Familiarity with AI fundamentals and AI usage in software testing • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices • Experience clearly articulating issues and collaborating across teams • Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus
