📋 Description

• Supervise and guide Sales Paralegals and Assistants, reinforcing performance expectations, priorities, and processes • Conduct one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations • Adapt coaching to different learning styles, experience levels, and performance needs • Reinforce trauma-informed communication practices, including empathy, active listening, appropriate tone, and respectful client communication • Deliver approved training and follow up on development plans • Recognize achievements and address performance or behavioral concerns • Execute sales strategies and guide the team toward conversion, contract revenue, deposit revenue, and case-opening goals • Monitor results, identify trends and root causes, and provide coaching and operational follow-up • Oversee pipeline and follow-up execution, including promises to pay and pending case openings • Hold team members accountable for targets, process adherence, and commitments • Maintain a collaborative, respectful, and productive team environment • Motivate the team through communication, recognition, contests, and engagement activities • Maintain performance reporting and communicate results, risks, challenges, and recommendations to the Sales Manager • Maintain records of training, coaching, development, performance discussions, actions, and follow-up outcomes • Ensure Sales Paralegals accurately communicate attorney-approved guidance and refer legal questions appropriately • Coordinate with QA, Learning and Development, Legal, and other teams • Reinforce process changes and resolve or escalate operational concerns • Achieve assigned conversion, contract revenue, case-opening, quality, follow-up, coaching, development, and documentation KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales team leadership, coaching, and performance accountability • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, emotional intelligence, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to learn quickly and translate new information, processes, and guidance into consistent team execution • Ability to think quickly and remain composed under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and sound judgment • Solid understanding of sales conversion, objection handling, follow-up, pipeline management, and closing within approved guidelines • Close attention to detail in reporting, documentation, process adherence, and follow-through • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required • Experience in legal, immigration, professional services, or sales involving complex client decisions preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education • Demonstrated sales leadership experience • Familiarity with legal services and terminology, particularly immigration services, preferred • Ability to perform sedentary work, sit for extended periods, and efficiently handle typing and data entry • Consent to live monitoring of work activities during working hours
