🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in an engineering management role. • Experience leading teams building B2B SaaS products, ideally on modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js). • Strong track record of delivering reliable, high-quality software in a product-led environment. • Able to engage technically — review architecture proposals, give meaningful code feedback, and make sound tradeoff decisions. • Excellent communicator who can operate comfortably across engineers, product managers, and senior leadership. • Experience with agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and cross-functional roadmap execution. • Demonstrated ability to grow engineers through coaching, feedback, and structured career development.
