• Understand how teams operate across ops, sales, marketing, and product • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies • Build AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work • Work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Airtable, Notion, and others • Automate invoicing flows (e.g. Stripe → Airtable/Notion + reminders + tracking) • Build CRM systems with enrichment, tracking, and reporting • Design communication systems (classification → routing → response + draft replies) • Consolidate data from tools like email, WhatsApp, and Zoom into one system
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in real workflows • Experience using advanced AI environments (e.g. Claude CoWork / Code or similar) • Ability to build multi-step automations (e.g. n8n or similar) • Ability to connect tools and move data using integrations, webhooks, or no-code platforms • Experience working with structured data (Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets) • Understanding of business workflows (CRM pipelines, reporting, communication systems) • Deeper experience with APIs (endpoints, auth, custom requests) or light scripting (Nice to have) • Experience with other AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) (Nice to have)
