• Lead the technical design and implementation of AI systems across CPG initiatives. • Define scalable architectures integrating LLMs, data pipelines, and custom-built ML models into production-ready products. • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business challenges into robust AI ecosystems. • Help evolve Assemble by converting project-specific solutions into modular, reusable components. • Combine deep technical leadership with hands-on contribution.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in AI/ML engineering or architecture; • proven experience building machine learning systems from the ground up (not just implementing off-the-shelf GenAI solutions); • strong systems-thinking mindset; • ability to lead small teams and design frameworks adaptable to a larger scale.
