📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules • Build and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality using various ServiceNow tools and methodologies • Implement and optimize integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, data imports, and scheduled jobs • Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro experiences and HR service workflows • Develop and maintain GRC controls and reporting dashboards • Support SecOps and VR use cases • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers and administrators • Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments • Strong hands-on development experience with: JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform (Glide APIs), Scoped applications, Flow Designer/Workflow, Service Catalog • Proven experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SPM, HRSD, ECP, GRC, SecOps/Vulnerability Response, Nuvolo • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data loads, and system interfaces • Solid understanding of ServiceNow security model: ACLs, roles, groups, data policies • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • US Citizenship required • Public Trust T3 clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one)
