📋 Description
• Implement and configure the CPIC and TBM modules • Build and maintain prioritization models, approval chains, and intake pipelines using Flow Designer. • Develop scoped apps, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies to automate demand-to-project workflows and enforce business rules. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. • Lead stakeholder workshops each sprint to map processes, demo solutions, and gather feedback. • Diagnose and resolve issues in automated flows and custom code; perform regression testing. • Monitor system performance and apply optimizations-indexing, caching strategies, or script improvements-to reduce load times. • Own multiple user stories per sprint: define acceptance criteria, estimate effort, and demo completed work. • Collaborate with the business to define and optimize the intake process for ideas and demands into ServiceNow applications. • Actively participate in backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, while also developing and implementing fixes.
🎯 Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship • Active Public Trust or higher clearance • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer using TBM and CPIC • Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) • Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills
