📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct qualitative and quantitative research focusing on end users, healthcare providers, and CMS • Produce artifacts to guide implementation and delivery, whether wireframes, sitemaps, mockups, or user stories • Help teams move from analysis to action with clear recommendations • Build inclusive partnerships with diverse groups

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience OR college degree in computer science, cognitive science, psychology, business, human-computer interaction (HCI), human factors, or a related field • Collaboration with product managers and engineers on agile development teams • Critical thinking about the process and outcomes of user research • Well-crafted design deliverables such as wireframes, site maps, flows, user journeys, and service blueprints • Working with distributed, cross-functional teams • Familiarity with modern web-based application development processes and tools • Exposure to query languages, APIs, and complex data pipelines • Must already have legal authorization to work within the US.
