• Contactar proactivamente a clientes de Claro cuyos contratos, promociones o beneficios están próximos a vencer. • Lograr la renovación de sus servicios. • Ofrecer alternativas comerciales y beneficios que aseguren su permanencia en la compañía.
🎯 Requirements
• Con experiencia en cualquier campaña de ventas del call center (portabilidad, renovación, hogar, etc). • Back office, venta de intangibles, seguros, etc. • Mínimo 18 años de edad. • Secundaria completa. • Contar con herramienta propia (laptop o PC) para trabajar desde casa (conexión de 40mps, conectar con cable, procesador Intel Core i5 de 4ta generación o equivalente / superior, 8GB de RAM, 40 GB disponibles de almacenamiento, Windows 10 u 11, Microsoft office, audífonos con entrada USB y micrófono).
