📋 Description

• Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes, with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures • Independently lead customer projects from planning through implementation • Reliably ensure that project schedules, quality standards, and budgets are maintained • Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions • Actively shape the consulting portfolio and support business development • Help develop forward-looking concepts for customers • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners • Contribute to internal decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable insurance-related discipline • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally within a consulting firm or insurance company • Ideally, knowledge of business process management, digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of how to design complex processes efficiently and implement them sustainably • Lean Six Sigma or other Operational Excellence and process management certifications are a plus • Ability to work independently, organize projects autonomously, and contribute ideas • Empathy and the ability to advise customers as a trusted partner • Creative and solution-oriented approach • Willingness to work remotely from a home office and travel to customer sites • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
