📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services professional and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program with a focus on insurance • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally within a management consultancy or insurance company • Knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of how to design complex workflows efficiently and sustainably • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are a plus • Independent, well-organized, and proactive working style • Empathy and the ability to provide client advice based on a true partnership • Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel to client sites • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
