📋 Description

• Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures • Independently manage customer projects from planning through implementation • Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budgets • Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions • Actively contribute to the development of the consulting portfolio • Support the development of forward-looking strategic concepts for clients • Build and sustainably maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, as well as a professional network • Contribute to internal decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, business information systems, insurance studies / risk and insurance, industrial engineering, or a comparable program with a focus on insurance • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector • Ideally, experience in management consulting or at an insurance company • Ideally, knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of how to design and sustainably implement complex workflows efficiently • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in operational excellence and process management are a plus • Ability to work independently, strong self-organization, and initiative • Empathy and the ability to provide collaborative, partnership-based client advice • Creativity and a solution-oriented approach • Willingness to travel to client sites • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
