📋 Description
• Transforming data into decision‑ready insights to drive business performance • Performing complex analyses to inform data‑driven decisions • Identifying trends, evaluating performance, and developing recommendations • Collaborating with partners across Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry required • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts.
