• Develop algorithms and implementation techniques for channel prediction, estimation, and management for MIMO systems • Apply advanced mathematical techniques to wireless channel modeling and signal processing • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate algorithms into real-time software • Conduct system performance studies and produce technical reports and designs
• Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field • Deep knowledge of: Wireless communications systems, communications and channel capacity theory, MIMO systems, beamforming, precoding and channel estimation in wireless communications and/or sensing/radar • Linear algebra and matrix decompositions (SVD, eigenvalue problems, etc.) • Practical applications in RAN, silicon or radio resource management (RRM) systems • Probability theory and statistical signal processing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and intuitive manner
