⢠Develop algorithms and implementation techniques for channel prediction, estimation, and management for MIMO systems ⢠Apply advanced mathematical techniques to wireless channel modeling and signal processing ⢠Collaborate with software engineers to integrate algorithms into real-time software ⢠Conduct system performance studies and produce technical reports and designs
⢠Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field ⢠Deep knowledge of: Wireless communications systems, communications and channel capacity theory, MIMO systems, beamforming, precoding and channel estimation in wireless communications and/or sensing/radar ⢠Linear algebra and matrix decompositions (SVD, eigenvalue problems, etc.) ⢠Practical applications in RAN, silicon or radio resource management (RRM) systems ⢠Probability theory and statistical signal processing ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ⢠Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and intuitive manner
